Healthy and Tasty Stuffed Peppers


  • Pepper
  • 1/4 cup of cous cous
  • Brocolli
  • Spinach 
  • Feta cheese
  • Clove of garlic
  • Smoked paprika 


  • Cook cous cous on the hob for 10 minutes
  • Cut pepper in half and remove middle and seeds
  • Stuff peppers with brocolli, spinach, feta and cous cous
  • Crush garlic clove and sprinkle preferred amount over the top
  • Sprinkle paprika over the top
  • Bake in the oven for 45 minutes on 120 degrees
